The 2025-26 PSA Squash Tour Finals will bring 16 of the world’s best squash players to Paris, France for the first time in the season-ending tournament’s storied history when Centquatre-Paris hosts four days of intense action between June 17-20, 2026.
An all-glass ASB ShowCourt will be erected at Centquatre-Paris, also known as Le 104, a dynamic public cultural centre and arts hub in the Northeast of Paris. It will be the first time the PSA Squash Tour Finals has been held in Europe since 2013.
Paris has hosted multiple top-tier PSA Squash Tour events in the past, with the Parvis du Palais de Tokyo in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower and the Cirque D’Hiver Bouglione staging sell-out crowds in 2023 and 2024 as part of the Paris Squash event.
“We’re excited to bring the PSA Squash Tour Finals to Paris for the first time and Le 104 promises to be a fitting location as we watch only the very best squash players compete in the final event of the 2025-26 season,” said PSA Chief Executive Alex Gough.
“Through recent events such as Paris Squash and the Open International de Squash de Nantes, we have witnessed just how fervent local support is in France. The passion for squash here is fantastic and we look forward to seeing the excitement generated by hosting the PSA Squash Tour Finals here.
“We look forward to co-promoting this event with the Paris Squash Project, while I’d like to thank the teams at the French Squash Federation and Le 104 for their support in staging the tournament. The PSA Squash Tour Finals always provides a fitting finale to the season and will bring the curtain down on one of the most captivating campaigns in the sport’s history this June.”
Paris Squash Project President Philippe Doyle said: “We are incredibly proud to welcome the PSA Squash Tour Finals to Paris and to Le 104 for the first time. Paris has already proven its passion for world-class squash, and bringing the season-ending finale here is an exciting step in the continued growth of squash in the city.
“Hosting the world’s top 16 players in a straight knockout format will create four days of high-intensity, must-watch action for fans in France and around the world. Together with the PSA and the French Squash Federation, we look forward to delivering an unforgettable experience and showcasing Paris as a top destination for professional squash.”
French Squash Federation President Julien Muller said: “We are delighted that the PSA Squash Tour Finals will be staged in Paris. Bringing one of squash’s most prestigious tournaments to our capital reflects the hard work that has been done in recent years to grow the sport at both grassroots and elite levels.
“This is an opportunity to showcase our sport in one of the world’s most renowned cities, inspire the next generation of players and engage new audiences. We look forward to working closely with the PSA and the Paris Squash Project in the coming months.”
The tournament includes both a men’s and women’s tournament featuring eight players each. To qualify for the event, players must win a prestigious Diamond title, whilst the reigning World Champions also qualify automatically. Any remaining places are allocated to the highest ranked players on the Road to Tour Finals standings, with points on offer at all PSA World Events during the season.
French No.1 Victor Crouin is currently third on the men’s Road to Tour Finals standings and sitting at World No.6 following his biggest title win at the Texas Open last month.
This year’s tournament will feature a straight knockout competition right from the off, as opposed to the group stage format which has been traditionally used at the PSA Squash Tour Finals in previous years. First place on the Road to Tour Finals standings will play eighth place in round one, second place will play seventh, third place will play sixth and fourth place will play fifth.
The tournament will then progress to the semi-final and final stages as the world’s best players aim to replicate the feats of defending champions Joel Makin and Nouran Gohar, who took the trophies last time out in Toronto, Canada.
World No.1s Hania El Hammamy and Mostafa Asal have already qualified for the tournament following their triumphs at the Diamond-level CIB Egyptian Open in September, while the race remains wide open to determine who will join them in Paris.
All matches will be played using a best-of-five games format, while ranking points have been amended, with the winners of the event taking home a maximum of 1,500 bonus points.
Players will compete for $710,000 in total player compensation, while all of the action will be shown live on SQUASHTV and by PSA’s broadcast partners.
